Minutes of MUSAE meeting on 7.12.2021

Missing: BZU,  Ms. Federica Tomassoni (who sent an apology), Ms. Pia Kreus

Agenda 

  1. WP3 courses to be handed and curriculum Design
  2. Dissemination activity in all universities regarding the MUSAE project
  3. Partnership and future cooperation 

 

The meeting took place with the presence of the two universities, the PPU and DAK. A zoom invitation was sent to BZU, but no one attended. The minutes will be sent to BZU and any questions they have shall be addressed. 

The discussion of the agenda above resulted in the following

  1. WP3 courses to be handed and curriculum Design
  1. Dr. Khoury explained the expectation from the PPU that they need to send two examples of courses that have clear ILOs by end of December 2021
  2. Dr. Khoury handed the PPU team the ILOs example sent by Ms. Pia Kreus form JAMK University of Applied Sciences and the ILOs example developed by faculty of film at DAKU
  3. Dr. Momen Zoghayyer discussed the importance of starting face-to-face meetings. A suggestion was done to have a meeting at a country that is opened for visitation given the COVID-19 situation and is part of the Erasmus project for the experts working on the building of the curriculum as part of the WP3. The month for the mobility suggested is March 2022. Federica is to be consulted so that this can take place.  
  1. Dissemination activity in all universities regarding the MUSAE project
  1. Dissemination  activities were discussed as to what the PPU has been doing and what needs to be done by DAKU and BZU. Faculty and students’ meetings are among the activities that need to be planned. All such activities need to be publicized, carry the logo of the project, and the brochure needs to be handed to the attendants. 
  2. The translated report was to be sent again for Mr. Ashraf Odeh to publish on the website 
  1. Partnership and future cooperation 
  1. A discussion on all possible partnerships for the new Erasmus call were discussed. Both at the level of colleges within the university as well as programmatic cooperation
  2. Emphasis was placed on the European component in any future Erasmus application
